Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1), (2) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 9th day of April 2001, pursuant to a debenture dated the 30th day of October 2000, the debenture holders appointed Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Whangarei, receiver and manager of the company.
The receivership commenced on the 9th day of April 2001 at 4.00 p.m.
