Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of December 2000, Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all of the property of Lancewood Developments Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 9th day of September 1999, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
