Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of
April 2001, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Game Commanders Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 6th day of March 2001 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
