Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of April 2001, Mark David Stevens, accountant of Wellington, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Globe.Net Communications Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 14th day of July 2000, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
