Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Take notice that on the 24th day of March 2001, Warwyck James Dewe and Rex Ian McKinnon were appointed jointly and severally to be the receivers and managers of the property of Quadraflex Plastics Limited under the powers contained in registered debentures dated the 16th day of December 1999 and the 21st day of December 2000.
Note: This appointment is in addition to the appointment of Graham George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague on the 5th day of March 2001, but in priority to them.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are:
Care of Markhams Wanganui, Chartered Accountants, 249 Wickstead Street, Wanganui.
The Property of the Receivership is: All of Quadraflex Plastics Limited's undertaking and all of its property, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital and goodwill, situated at 56A West Street, Palmerston North.
