On the 21st day of March 2001, we, Rowan John Chapman and Shaun Roger Nixon, of Auckland, were appointed under powers conferred by a registered debenture dated the
13th day of June 2000, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company.
