Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Take notice that on the 13th day of March 2001, Warwyck James Dewe and Rex Ian McKinnon were appointed jointly and severally to be the receivers and managers of the property of Burwood Manor Limited under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 6th day of September 2000.
The Property in Receivership is: All of Burwood Manor Limited's undertaking and all of its property, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital and goodwill, including the Manor Inn Motel situated at 63 Dublin Street, Wanganui.
