Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew James McDonald Wright, the debenture holder, on the 18th day of December 2000, appointed David Neville Cooke and Barrie Miles Owen, chartered accountants of Tauranga, as receivers and managers of the property of Appeal Plastering Systems Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of March 2000, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
