Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receiver
Pursuant to Section 3 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Grant Mackintosh, chartered accountant, hereby give notice that on the 28th day of February 2001, I was appointed replacement receiver of Parkway Construction Limited (in liquidation and in receivership) under powers contained in an instrument dated the 12th day of July 1999.
I have been appointed receiver in respect of all the company's undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
