Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of March 2001, Andrew Paul Hewitt and the trustees of the A P Hewitt Family Trust appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie, chartered accountant of Level One, 484 Main Street, Palmerston North, as receiver of the property of Building
& Property Solutions Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 6th day of May 1999 and registered in the Companies Office at Wellington on the 10th day of May 1999.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
