Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Lightning Group Limited on the 8th day of March 2001, under the terms of a debenture.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
