Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Sections 3 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Cavell Leitch Pringle & Boyle Nominees Limited gives notice that on the 18th day of December 2000, it appointed Paul Bernard Callaghan, chartered accountant of Christchurch, receiver of Peter Gregory Nash in respect of the income of the property owned by Peter Gregory Nash known as the Glacier Gateway Motor Lodge (contained in certificates of title 1B/1350 and 5C/1193 (Westland Registry)).
