Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Maurice George Noone and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Auckland, were appointed receivers of Hanmer Springs Lodge Limited on the 18th day of December 2000, by the Westpac Banking Corporation under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets in receivership.
