Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Iain Bruce Shephard, insolvency practitioner of Paraparaumu, whose offices are at 188 Kapiti Road
(P.O. Box 1505), Paraparaumu Beach, do hereby give notice that I was, on the 4th day of December 2000, appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company as follows:
All the undertaking goodwill of all businesses, and all the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, and all the uncalled and unpaid capital (including reserve capital) both present and future of the above-named company.
