Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of February 2001, Rodney Gane Pardington and Dean Alan Ellwood, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of Manor Inns Group Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 6th day of September 1995 given by that company.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company's undertakings and all its real and personal properties and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled but unpaid capital.
