Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Maurice George Noone and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington, were appointed receivers of Colour Service Limited on the 16th day of February 2001, under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
