On Tuesday, the 30th day of January 2001, Peter John Brannigan, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of the property of
GF Morgan Limited (in receivership).
That appointment was made under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 8th day of June 1995.
The Property so Charged Consists of: All the fixed plant and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
The Office of the Receiver and Manager is: 738 Remuera Road, Remuera, Auckland.
