Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Turoa Ski Resort Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation) on the 29th day of January 2001, under the terms of a debenture dated the 22nd day of March 1999.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
