Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of December 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that EB & RE Daggar Limited be liquidated and that Scott Dean Travis be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of December 2000.
