Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 31st day of January 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Merrilands Pharmacy Limited be liquidated and that Robert J. Pitcairn, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of January 2001.
