Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Peter Allan Glassford hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, he was appointed as liquidator of Celinda Groceries (1998) Limited and Jacela Holdings Limited on the 25th day of November 2001 at 12.00 midnight, but that on the 29th day of November 2001 at 10.30 a.m., he resigned as liquidator and appointed Andrew Marchel Oorschot as his successor.
The directors have resolved prior to the liquidations that the companies are able to pay their debts in full and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors' meetings are required to be called.
