Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 27th day of November 2001, appointed Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant
of Goldsmith Fox PKF, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of November 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 21st day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditor claim forms are available at the liquidator's office.
