Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, George Victor Wilkinson, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 28th day of November 2001 at 1.30 p.m.
A declaration of solvency has been filed with the Registrar of Companies prior to the resolution.
It should be noted that the liquidation in no way affects the continuing trading of the Wellington Branch of Trade Tools Limited.
