Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Grey, chartered accountant of Chester Grey Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed as liquidator of Inez Park Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of November 2001.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
27th day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
