Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brent Graham Melhop and Nicholas Stephen Buck were appointed joint and several liquidators of First to the Future Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of November 2001 at 9.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
31st day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
