Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 29th day November 2001 at 11.34 a.m., by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, AFFCO King Country Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of November 2001.
