Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 30th day of November 2001 at 12.00 midday, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund and Gregory Norman Cowles, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidators.
