Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of November 2001, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and William Oliver Ferguson, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Alfriston Whole Sale Fencing, Concreting & Earthmoving Limited at 10.15 a.m.
The liquidations commenced as at the date and time of our appointment.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators hereby fix the 10th day of January 2002, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
