The above-named company was placed into liquidation on the 23rd day of September 1991 by Court Order, and on the 4th day of March 1997, the liquidation was stayed by a further Court Order.
This company has not been trading since it was placed in liquidation on the 23rd day of September 1991.
Orders were made by the High Court at Christchurch on the 13th day of November 2001 at 3.30 p.m. and sealed on the 20th day of November 2001:
1. That the previous order for permanent stay of liquidation of Smiths City Limited made on the
4th day of March 1997 is discharged.
2. That Paul Francis Lynskey is appointed as liquidator of Smiths City Limited.
The liquidator has fixed the 11th day of January 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
