Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that I, Max Leonard Whittington, a chartered accountant of Auckland, have been appointed as liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companiues Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of November 2001.
