Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 26th day of November 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Qualistic Building Supplies Limited be liquidated and that Gordon Lewis Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of November 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
