Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 16th day of November 2001 at 2.00 p.m., it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Chablis Properties Limited be put in liquidation and that David Bernard Robinson, solicitor of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator has fixed the 20th day of December 2001, as the last day for creditors to make a claim in accordance with section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim by that time will be excluded from any distribution of the company's assets.
