Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Pearce, chartered accountant of Paul Pearce Limited, was appointed liquidator of Eastern Bay Investments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of November 2001.
