Notice is hereby given that Daran Nair, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Matthews
& Middleton Limited on the 8th day of November 2001 at 3.00 p.m, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 8th day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
