Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 19th day of November 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kronberg Investments Limited be liquidated and that Erich Bachmann, solicitor of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of October 2001.
