Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 12th day of October 2001 at 10.00 a.m., when the liquidators appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The last day for filing proofs of debt in this liquidation is the 7th day of December 2001.
