Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Bruce W. Warden, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Friends of the Katikati Primary School Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of November 2001.
