Notice of Appointment of Liquidator of a
Solvent Company
On the 7th day of November 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lavearne Properties Limited be liquidated and that Neil Gene Govenlock, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of November 2001.
