Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Malton Trading Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 21st day of November 2001, the following resolution was passed by the company:
That on appointment of the liquidators, Malton Trading Limited (in liquidation) will be able to pay its debts, in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, the company be wound up voluntarily and Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, be appointed liquidators.
Notice is hereby given that a declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of November 2001 at 9.30 a.m., pursuant to a resolution signed in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Provide Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators of Malton Trading Limited (in liquidation) fix the 21st day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under sections 312 and
313 of the Companies Act 1993.
