Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 13th day of December 2000 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Rob Clear Builders Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of December 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
