Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Brian Burge and Brian Joseph Walshe, chartered accountants of Sherwin Chan
& Walshe, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Lake Apartments Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of November 2001 at 9.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Richard Burge at 45 Knights Road, Lower Hutt, on telephone (04) 569 9069.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
7th day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
