Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2 (c) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated
the 19th day of November 2001 at 1.08 p.m., Kenneth
Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of November 2001 at 1.08 p.m.
