Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of November 2001, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and William Oliver Ferguson, insolvency practitioners, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Saltwater Marinas (NZ) Limited at 3.45 p.m.
The liquidation commenced as at the date and time of our appointment.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators hereby fix the 21st day of December 2001, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
