Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that I, Bruce Kenneth George Sanderson, solicitor of Auckland, have been appointed as liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date of commencement of the liquidation was the
16th day of November 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
