Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Maidstone Equities Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed Brian Soutar, chartered accountant of Soutar & Associates, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of December 2000 at 3.00 p.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 19th day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
