Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Terence Charles Webb Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of DEB New Zealand Limited ("the company") on the 13th day of November 2001 at 9.00 a.m., by the shareholder of the company.
Prior to the appointment of the liquidator, a director's resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
5th day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
