Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of November 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Silicon Bits Limited be liquidated and that David Pearson, chartered accountant of Te Horo, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of November 2000.
