Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of November 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that W.G.R. Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Bruce
Frederick McCullough, of Pritchard McCullough, Chartered Accountants of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on Friday, the 9th day of November 2001 at 4.00 p.m.
