Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of October 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Newington House Limited be liquidated and that Francis John Burgess and Geoffrey Anthony Bolderston, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of October 2001 at 2.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators hereby fix the 13th day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
