Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert Simon Bijl, chartered accountant of Robert Bijl Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed liquidator of Jammk Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on Friday, the 9th day of November 2001.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes Friday, the 30th day of November 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
The company has been placed into voluntary liquidation by special resolution of its shareholders, who believe the company is solvent and the claims of any outstanding creditors are able to be met.
